Analysis of university professors in economic sciences: PMH scale and technostress as main antecedents of academic self-perception

In order to establish the relationship between academic self-perception of university professors according their gender, which takes into account internal and external factors, such as technostress, PMH scale (unidimensional Positive Mental Health Scale) factors that are related an organization, is understood be a university, climate commitment professor, constructs were used in our research. The research was conducted by using sample 161 active economics from both sexes. analysis results obtained via mixed symmetric methodology (partial least squares structural equation modeling “PLS-SEM”). addition, multigroup (Partial Least Squares Multi-Group Analysis “PLS-MGA”) performed sex well asymmetric (Fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative “fs/QCA”), where different combinations antecedents lead common result established. Technostress unequally model variables. It significant with respect Academic Self-perception (AS), Organizational Climate (OC), PMH-Scale (PMH), even positive OC This indicates academia certain levels technostress can generate results. fact also demonstrated presence variable solutions generated method. demands new technological adoptions among generating modification perceptions therefore behavior.
